Role & Task :
1) Planned the new expansion of Hub/Offices/Staging Store, or planned the repair works of any premises at the operation period, or planned the restoration of premises at the end of lease by preparing the design layout, specification and Bill of Quantity documents to be tendered by Procurement Dept.
2) Monitor and Control the vendor's work progress from the commencement until handover.

Role & Task :
• Collaborated with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and sub-consultants on the Design & Build type of project with budgets up to 4 trillion rupiah.
• Managed and led multi-disciplinary design & engineering team throughout bidding, design development and construction phases.
• Led inhouse team of 12 engineers, as well as coordinated with consultants and contractor's engineers of 14 various disciplines to accomplish technical documents and aspects of projects.
• Ensured design and engineering compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.

Role & Task :
• Checked technical designs and drawings submitted by the design consultants for adherence to standards and commercial / marketing requirements.
• Conducted QA & QC on Architectural Works in construction stages which includes : review, approve and monitor the contractor's submittals such as Shopdrawings, Method Statements, Material Approvals, ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), RFI (Request For Information), RFIT (Request for Inspection & Test), Material Delivery Inspection, Work Execution Permit.
• Follow up on design changes.

Role & Task :
• Acted as owner's representative in daily communication with client's technical team as well as with the consultants and contractor.
• Managed and led multi-disciplinary design team throughout development and contract document phases.
• Attended all team meetings to resolve technical and project issues, coordinate with project members and review project schedules.

• Worked closely with multi-disciplinary design consultants team as well as with the sales & marketing division.
• Interacted with state and local agencies to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Carefully documented every design phase, including SD, DD and CD.
