Responsible for ensuring that the organization maximizes the value it achieves through "knowledge". Responsible for managing intellectual capital and the custodian of Knowledge Management practices.
Develop sales activities on field with different customers. Represents different technical solutions depending of customer and it's needs. Represents NPT (adhesives), CRC (lubricants, cleaners, etc), SONIC and KS TOOLS (tools), AES SEAL (mechanical seals), MOL (Lubricants), etc.
Sales activities in sealing solutions for industry. Lubricants and greases solutions for industry, solving of different technical problems.
Experienced in sealing materials such as oil seals, hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, mechanical seals, yarns, etc.
After sales support, product service support and technical support. Proccurement actvities for Public tenders, Customer Quotations and invoices. Preparing all needed documentation for product delivery to customer and after sale support. External maintenance depending of customer demands (hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, etc)
Implementation of Cleaner Production principles and Low Carbon together with PLM basics. Installation of refurbished CNC machines with principles of CP production. Writing project for CP and LC for UNIDO Macedonia (Sentis AG - Tetovo).
Manage Engineering / Maintenance department in the performance of all this daily duties and to provide all necessary assistance and information in order to enable department duties most effectively. Part of the team for implementation of new drug factory for JAKA 80 - Radovis, HVAC, electricity and machining dept.
Main duties :
1. Implementation of an effective budget control.
2. Wastage check and optimum usage of material in the operation.
3. Observing and reporting energy wastage.
4. Supervising technicians under my responsibility for performance, quality of workmanship and attendance at work.
5. Preparing weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities.
6. Monitoring attendance at work, cleanliness of uniforms of all employees working in guest areas and job performance.
7. Performing routine inspection of all engineering operational areas (plant-rooms) and report any equipment malfunction to the General Manager.
8. Controling and verifying all engineering logbook entries.
9. Ensuring all safety regulations are being strictly observed.
10. Monitoring implementation of all energy conservation procedures and report any irregularities and non-compliance to the general Manager.
11. Preparing monthly utility consumption reports and keep constant survey of correct calibration of all utility recording instruments.
12. Checking timely completion of maintenance requests paying particular attention to guest related jobs.
13. To reporting to the General Manager any abnormal conditions noticed at any time with life safety related equipment or installations.
Plan and establish sequence of operations to produce electrical contactors and relays. Promote efficient labor, equipment and facility utilization, preparing working orders, BOMs and production lines for workers. Supervising production process.
Estimation of production cost and effects of product design changes for management review
Review production schedules, product specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Plan and establish sequence of operations to produce oil transportation pumps, boards and panels for gas station pumps, repair of fluid transportation pumps. Promote efficient labor, equipment and facility utilization, preparing working orders, BOMs and production lines for workers. Supervising production process.
Estimation of production cost and effects of product design changes for management review
Preparing regular factory performance reports and input material acquisition sheets.
Review production schedules, product specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
General manager in communications
Design and implementation of power circuits in buildings.
