• Manage the Company IT projects in the Middle East with a total value of $50, 000, 000.
• Lead IT team in analysis and consultancy of projects to design, implement, and test end users IT solutions.
• Engage with clients in the project early phases to put the initial solutions requirements and design.
• Lead and manage the preparations of IT tendering documents.
• Review Technical projects proposals and take part in the evaluation and selection process of the qualified vendors.
• Mentor Project Vendors, providing overall direction and oversight in the creation of client work products

• Review project technical submittals documents.
• Take part in the solutions architecture design and integration between different systems.
• Manage the UAT and Client Handing over plan.
•Manage mega size projects with large development teams in different courtiers (UAE, Italy, KSA, and Egypt).
•Responsible for meeting revenue and capacity targets.
•Collaborate with senior management and sales teams on sales, pre-sales meetings with clients.
•Proactively involved in the sales and pre-sales lifecycle to allocate resources and/ or recruit timely.
•Develops demand forecasts with sales team on large accounts to assist department in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
•Support direct management in other business and operational development initiatives, as required.
•Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
•Plan, execute, control, and deliver Enterprise projects throughout their life cycles.

• Research and track new web technologies, develop service applications, and analyze business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems.
• Monitor and review developers and provides constructive feedback to ensure a high level of quality.
• Coordinates with the QC department to resolve issues and integrate enhancements as needed
• Develop, implement and deliver high quality internet and intranet portal solutions within an allocated time frame. Design and document complex databases of eBusiness Solutions. Create Database objects, discuss and refine database schemas.
• Work to build applications and enhancements that meet functional specifications, application development standards, and support requirements.
• Develop and build XML Server-side web-scripting using ASP. Uses knowledge of web technologies, including C#, VB .NET, Java Script, HTML, XML, ASP .NET, database modeling tools and/or database interactions.
