NEOM project will build towns and cities, ports and enterprises zones, research centers, sports and entertainment venue and tourist
destinations in the entrance of the KSA vision 2030 goals.
The overall project objective is the development of a multi-billion USO world-scale green hydrogen production facility powered by renewable
electricity to produce green hydrogen fuels in various forms, including green ammonia for power generation or as a hydrogen carrier for export
to international markets.
The scope of works includes civil works in onshore works, offshore works (6nos MD and 4nos BO, trestle to connect onshore facilities in
support of access road to jetty head, pipeline and all utilities. and M&I works (E&I, systems, HVAC system, Piping and mechanical equipment).
Job Description:
a. Provide the technical and supervisory support, guidance, mentoring and managing the Sub-Contractor construction team and attend dailty and weekly
coordination meeting.
b. Carry out weekly EHS inspection audits and assist in system work downs with contractor and client.
c. Continuously observe and monitor the interface of all construction activities for all disciplines, assist managing contractor in resolving any interface
coordination issues.
d. Ensure safety requirements of the project are being met by all parties by supporting and encouraging safe work practice, monitor permit an safe plan
of action compliance.
e. Monitor the daily working plan and review the work accomplished by each craft and assist managing contractor to monitor progress and productivity
being reported by contractors.
f. Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and tat al design changes are approved prior to implementation.
g. Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress craft personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast.
h. Assist existing contractor interface performance during construction works and helping to develop and improve activity SIMOP condition.
i. Assist in review and appraisal of method statements, drawings, schedules and risk assessments for technical content and safety consideration.
j. Assist managing contractor with monitoring of the execution of the works, to ensure quality requirements and standard are met including monitoring of
contractor inspection and test plan (ITP)

LNG Spill Containment, MLA, Mooring and Berthing Dolphins, LCR and Substation), Causeway and On-Shore Protection.
- LNG Tank Storage, Flare and Regas Area, Utilities, Office building and other Infra Facility Area
This project plan to build additional combine cycle power generation plant, for their expansion projects including smelter and other
new facilities. To provide gas for those facilities AMNT engaged PT Medco Sumbawa Gas (MSG) to develop and operate a new LNG Terminal
and Regas Facility within AMNT operation area. The project includes facilities of onshore LNG storage tank with capacity of 50, 000 m3
and 135.000 m3, Regasification unit to produces gas, an LNG-Carrier jetty with trestle, utilities, buildings and gas send- out pipelines
to the power plant and smelter.
The EPCC Sumbawa LNG Storage and Regasification Terminal are initiated by PT Medco Sumbawa Gas to supply natural gas to PT Amman
Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT) for its new Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) and smelter. The project site is on Benete Bay,
West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The project scope is to build onshore LNG storage tank, regasification facility, Jetty and Trestle, pipeline to
CCPP, Utility and Building facilities.
Job Description:
a. Manage and monitor all activities related to construction and development of EPC Contractors (temporary accommodations, Contractor Camps,
Pioneer Camp, EPC Camps, Camp Utilities, temporary site area, other supporting infrastructures and early site works),
b. Direct contractors and monitor site interfaces performance management targets to ensure smooth project execution, supporting safe and
efficient execution of construction activities with requirements contained in the approved drawings, technical specification, standard and meets
requirements of client and required with schedule, quality, cost, budget, safety.
c. Engage and support the EPC Contractors in the development of execution plans, method statements, field procedures and other procedures.
d. Ensure all related engineering deliverables (detailed design and drawings), interfaces with and approvals from owners Engineer and contractors
engineer and/or others departments, procured items (from Company/Contractors/Subcontractors), construction field procedures are available
and approved, on time to start Infrastructure construction without delay.
e. Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials to plan the efficient execution of the works by subcontractors and assist for the
correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems.
f. Ensure that work plans and scopes are aligned with design engineering requirements and project strategies.
g. Support progress planning team and EPC contractors in scheduling, organizing and reporting site activities in order to meet infrastructur
readiness schedule, identify slippages and implement required solutions without delay.
h. Liaise with the Site Quality Control Team to ensure that all project quality surveillance activities are being coordinated, results captured
and timely follow up on any findings.
i. Support site safety initiative by performing self-verifications, monitoring HSSE conditions during surveillance visits to project work and paying
attention to Control of Works adherence, taking immediate corrective action to achieve the target of an incidenUinjury performance.

BP Berau Ltd is the operator of Tangguh LNG, a two train natural gas liquefaction facility in Bintuni Bay, Papua, Indonesia. The facility
includes associated onshore infrastructure, two offshore platforms, pipelines and twelve wells. BP Berau Ltd has initiated the Tangguh
Expansion Project - Onshore LNG to commercialize the incremental resource into high margin gas markets based on a single LNG/Train 3) and
will consist of new offshore facilities, including wellhead platforms and pipelines, and onshore development on the existing Tangguh
brownfield site. The new onshore facilities will include one additional natural gas liquefaction train 3/ new LNG Train 3, of a similar design
and capacity to the existing trains, an onshore receiving facility (ORF), Condensate loading berth, additional boil off gas (BOG) recovery, utilities,
flares and the infrastructure to support logistics and the associated increase in the temporary and permanent workforce. Condensate

Job Description:
a. Direct contractors and monitor site interfaces performance management targets to ensure smooth project execution, supporting safe and
efficient execution of construction activities with requirements contained in the approved drawings, technical specification, standard and codes.
b. Ensure all relevant licenses, PTW, approval documents are in place prior to commencement of work and valid during the project life cycle.
c. Liaise with the engineering team to ensure on time drawings delivery so that it does not affect construction delivery, includes Technical
Queries, Deviations, Construction change request and Design Drawing Changes closure.
d. Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials to plan the efficient execution of the works by subcontractors and assist for
the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems

h. Supervise and monitor the execution of mechanical completion activities related to mechanical works, making sure that all punch list items
in scope are closed.
i. Involved in the punch list activities the following additional tasks need to be managed and set-up the proper tools for the management of
the punch lists, producing adequate reports to monitor the status of punch list (open, closed, closure forecast dates).
j. Ensure that the corrective actions identified for punch list points closure are carried out and notified to the Client, in order to obtain the
close-out form signed.

• EPCC OF NEWCOAL UNLOADING JETTY AND ASSOSIATED BULK MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM @ 1x1000MW COAL FIRED
POWER PLANT, JOHOR - MALAYSIA.
The project will be constructing of New coal unloading jetty of 325m with 30.55m to 35m width, constructing of New mooring dolphin with walkway.
Construction of new substation, rest area building, drainage system, water supply and all associated works, fender system up to 150, 000 DWT
capacity and bollard with 150-ton capacity and dredging works.
Design, Supply & Install two (2) unit of Grab Unloaders with nominal capacity of 2, 400 tph with all associated equipment. Design, Supply &
Install two (2) line of Belt Conveyors with minimum unloading rate of 4, 800 tph with windshield and completed with walkway, installation of
complete crane rail system including rail ancillaries, storm anchor, jack-up plate, crane buffer stops and etc. New electrical substation with
