Scope: As part of this role, I manage several projects within the portfolio. Currently, I am looking after Intranet, SAP RFC, and Network Refresh, SolarWinds Implementation projects.
• I ensure URENCO IT projects are delivered on time, cost and quality (both IT-led projects and IT sub-projects of Business / operational projects)
• I take projects from startup to delivery by ensuring the project documentation (e.g. Brief, PID, CEP ) and ensuring adherence to the URENCO IT project delivery process;
• Ensure that projects are estimated and priced consistently and provide value to the business
• Identify, assess and manage dependencies, risks and issues
• Act as an internal project management subject matter expert, providing an ad hoc quality assurance function for projects
• Support the Project Demand Manager to ensure that projects are added, maintained and removed from the IT Projects Pipeline in a controlled and consistent manner
• Support the Service Delivery Manager(s) in ensuring the effective transition of project outputs into Operational (BAU) support in a consistent manner
Scope: Onboarding of SIEM ( Exabeam) on 42 applications to comply with BaFin VA-IT requirements.
• I drove the delivery of the use cases by coordinating with log provisioning, pre-prod tuning, testing, and incident response teams.
• Plan, implement and Co-ordinate application onboarding with Munich Re team across US, EMEA, and APAC regions
• Coordinate user story progress between teams to ensure timely delivery by proactively resolving issues.
• Applies appropriate test standards, measurements and metrics related to advanced analytical workflows
• Planning, monitoring and reporting all efforts and resources as per the project requirements
• Ensure the project documentation is in line with Auditor requirements (i.e. BaFin VA-IT, EY YEA requirements)
Programme Budget: £40 million March 2022 - Jan 2023 United Kingdom Scope: Migrating 1200+ servers and 93+ applications across 23 European locations
•E2E project management driving IT infrastructure migrations as part of data centre consolidation programme for key business applications like Swift, Summit, Appian, OMS, ForcePoint, Tibco, SAP, Accurate, and SIEM applications like SCOM and Intune.
•Designed and implemented a delivery framework aligning QA, Technical and Business teams.
•Acted as change manager hosting Project CAB & approving all migration CRs.
•Governing QA deliverables & driving defect management, engaging required stakeholders.
•Spot-on design reviews help improve the quality of the migrations throughout the project phase.
•Enhanced Automation by proactively looking for opportunities (e.g. Automation of API testing using Jmeter; Automation of Livelink testing by using Test NG and Selenium etc.; Jmeter for Performance).
•Chaired kick-of, design, planning & cutover workshops to improve collaboration across all the teams.

• Developed a deep understanding of customer needs and analysed market trends and the competitive landscape to create a product offering that is unique and adds value to customers
• Created and reviewed the business requirements and converted them into technical requirements to support procurement in identifying and onboarding technical partners

• I reviewed and provided feedback on the RFP; I helped improve the procurement process by providing more clarity on the requirements, thus helping to identify the right solutions from the programme's start.
• Chaired workstream workshops for scope definitions, migration approaches, milestones, test strategies, service downtime
• Established project control framework that ensured transparency to support decision-making, which helped identify deviations and ensure that the programme fulfilled objectives and adhered to O2 policies.

• Designed and implemented customisation of off-shelf IBM WebSphere Commerce product as part of digital transformation at IKEA
• Controlled project budgets of up to £5 million throughout the life cycle of the project to deliver NWP
• Matrix-managed teams with up to 30 resources that including technical resources, testers, third-party suppliers, offshore partners and internal resources

During my time at IBM, I have worked with Nationwide (January 2015 - February 2016), O2 (March 2014 - January 2015) and Vodafone (August 2013 - March 2014). At Nationwide, I have successfully migrated 700 call centre staf to new Cisco-based systems with zero major issues. At Vodafone and O2, I was a programme test manager /project manager to design and implement data centre migration programmes.
YBS has acquired Chelsea Building Society (CBS), and I was onboarded to work on Chelsea Integration and Securitisation projects.
