Responsibilities:
•Client interactions as and when required.
•Preparation of weekly and monthly work schedule for my team.
•Attend Director board meetings to frame the project requirements and finalise each projects design and layout.
•Co-ordination with the marketing team to launch the project.
•Organizing department meetings and also discussions with project managers for their respective projects in order to understand the execution status of the project and their drawing requirements.
•Checking and approving drawings (Architectural, Interior, landscape details, working drawings, electrical drawings etc) before forwarding it to the site.
•Regular site visits to inspect & ensure the quality & correctness of finishing works being executed at site.
•Visits to select & finalize materials for finishes from in and abroad.
•Interactions with external consultants related to design.
•Co-ordination with agencies such as Architects, Interior Designers, Structural Engineers, Contractors, Vendors etc.
•Reporting to the Director on work schedule and progress.
Projects: Residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings, landscape, interior & exterior finishing works of all projects of skyline builders ranging from Trivandrum to Kannur.
PARIKSHIT DALAL DESIGN &ARCHITECTURE
•Taking up projects(of PDDA) independently.
• Carrying out the whole design process to the execution stage.
• Discussing & finalizing the conceptual design based on the framed requirements, with the Principal Architect.
• Coordinating with contractors and clients, giving details of drawings for construction.
• Weekly site visits.
• Coordinating for other projects at the absence of my colleague and the Principal Architect.
• Finalising on quotations issued by various contractors.
Projects: Industrial buildings, shopping outlets, residential school, apartment interior, apartment building
Preparation of detailed drawing, site layout, approval drawings as per CMDA norms.
•Design & detailing of finishing works and selecting material for the same.
•Site visits to explain the drawing.
•Coordination with senior architects, planning department & site engineers.
•Reporting to the AGM (design) regarding the progress of work.
•Coordination with the marketing department to design broachers.

Assisting the Chief Architect with various architectural & interior projects.
•Designing, deatailing using AutoCAD.
•Preparing tender documents for the works undertaken by us.
•Collecting quotations for various works from contractors.
•Site visit to ensure the neatness of work & reporting the same to the chief architect.
Projects: Interiors of banks, offices, residences etc
Projects: Shelter for Tsunami victims, Worked on Tsunami rehabilitation center for a few Coastal areas with all amenities considering the work nature of that particular area, as a part of academic training. Apart from that I have worked on fish auction center, School for children living on the coastal region.
