• Assessing the scoring and risk criteria of home loan applications from bonds ranging from
R300k to R4million and granting approvals based on outcome of assessment.
• Assess sectional title deals, full title, developments, switch and building loans
• Assess deals for the client for bonds based on affordability, analyzing the income and
expenses and risk exposure of the client.
• Recommend risk mitigation procedures for clients and provide advice on interest rates for
