Conduct departmental trainings on the basis of skills and business etiquettes.
Conduct briefing and update the staff with the hotel activities.
Supervising day to day housekeeping activities.
Maintain safe working conditions within department and hotel.
Maintain familiarity with cleaning equipments
Provides staff adequate training for value added service to customers.
Overseas guest rooms and public area for efficiency and cleanliness.
Prepares special cleaning task schedule in accordance with forecast-ed occupancy.
Insures that guest rooms are within the standards and check V.I.P rooms.
Conducts inventories of linen and all other guest amenities.
Inspect all housekeeping equipments on regular basis for maintenance, and coordinate with engineering
Presently working with projet Manager of Cocoon the service hotel to take proper handover of the property with the help of the snag list made by me.
and so accordingly completing the snag list and getting the work done form the civil engineers.
Receving all the materials of the hotel like room linen, room supplies, room amenities, equipments ects. and stacking it properly in the store room and the maintening the register for the same.
HANDLING A TOTAL STAFF OF 22 IN HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT INCLUDING FLOOR SUPERVISORS, LINEN ROOM SUPERVISORS AND REST OF THE STAFF
TRAINING NEW INTERNS AND RECOGNIZING SKILLED STAFF FOR BETTER PROSPECTS.
INSTALLED AN OPERATING SYSTEM FOR THE DEPARTMENT AND TRAINING STAFF FOR HANDLING THE SYSTEM.
RECRUITMENT, FOOD QUALITY CHECK, HANDLING BUSINESS CLIENTELE,
HANDLING ENTIRE UNIT.
DONE 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP IN HOTEL LE MERIDIAN, NEW DELHI.
