• Operating yard tractor for shipment of 20’and 40’ feet containers going to
gantry crane.
• Receiving and stocking of empty and full 20’ and 40’ feet container at the empty and full yard using reach stacker.
• Transfer full container comes from loading dock to full container yard by using yard tractor.
• Supplying of empty container to loading dock (20’ and 40’.)
• Conducts unpacking/unloading of materials from pallets and at the same time doing a quantity check per shipment/delivery based on a supplier’s packing list. Report any discrepancies found to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Performs incoming quality audit (IQA)on finished goods and packaging materials.
• Storing accepted inventory materials in designated warehouse location .
• Encodes inputs, all receipt and issuance of goods following standard forms and procedure.
• Checks incoming deliveries for conformance to approved quantities and invoice specifications; acknowledges/receipt of materials and document deliveries.
• Participate in the annual physical count of finish goods and packaging materials.
• Performs regular inventory count of finish goods and packaging materials.
• Maintains files and logbooks fill up forms and initially requisition needed for office supplies.
• Maintains a safe, orderly and good housekeeping of office and warehouse.
• Participate in the continous improvement program of the company.
• Picks materials based on the work order pick list prepared by the planners and always observe First-in First-out (FIFO). Ensure that the materials being picked conforms to the pick list pertaining to the quantity, Stock keeping unit (SKU), supplier and location.
• Deliver on time the prepared work orders from the offsite warehouse to
• Main plant via 6-wheeler truck. And unload it by forklift.
