• Provide awareness of current trends in Talent Management with a focus on product and service
development introducing SAP SuccessFactors
• Provide Technical & Functional Advice and Guidance during Go Live preparation and Support Phase
• Support and enhancement of all HCM business processes (Leave & Travel Management, Payroll, Time Sheet…)
• Conduct regular legal compliance between Labor Law and SAP System (GOSI, WPS, SANED…)
• Track HCM issues to completion keeping an accurate record on status and dead lines
• Gap analysis between Business Requirements (BBPs, EUTs) & SAP System and translating these into technical specifications to the SAP Partner
• Assist the SAP Partner in the reconfiguration of the business processes following the SAP best practices
• HCM Issues review with HCM Business Owners & SAP Partner
• Provide complete solution to off-shore Consultant in order to solve HCM issues or to implement Change Requests
