we are cargo agent of lufthansa cargo, austrian airline, British midland airline, Qatar airways and etihad airlines.
1- ِِِِAssist customer's with problem and questions related to their shipments .
2- Follow airline WW standards in regard to his behavior and appearance.
3- Ensure all handling requirements and procedures are implemented effectively and consistently
4- Assist resolving discrepancies, customers complaints and customer needs.
5- Respond to customer inquiries, including phone, fax and in person.
6- Bring major irregularities to the attention of Export Supervisor and FH/A Management when necessary.
7- Follow reading file and Handling advisor regularly.
8- Ensure proper cargo acceptance with correct dimensions and weight (Form A3 002CAI).
9- Ensure LH loading material and equipment are secured and in good shape.
10- Ensure ULDs, portable scales and export W/H and Park Area in good shape.
11- Follow flight schedule changes and shifts.
12- Maintain customer database.
13- Ensure correct issuance of AWBs.
