• Actively manage the works and distribute it on a phases to achieve the best progress on time and delivering the best quality to the client
• Get through the specification and technically support the construction team for their inquiries
• Participate to the coordination & technical meeting with the operating companies, clients & contractors.

• Managing the contractor daily work and overlook the QA/QC if it is in accordance to the design / approved drawing and meeting the local authority requirements.
• Supervise the erection of telecom tower, monitor the installation of Radar and long range high-resolution cameras.
• Conduct routine inspection for all types of site work and preparing the Non-conformance report, site instruction and correspondence.
• Coordinates the site operating companies, submit request for any documents needed to utilize the work.
• Check the shop drawing and material submittal to ensure that as per project design, requirements and specification set by the code of standard and the local authorities.
• Conduct and witness all Electrical works required for testing and commissioning rendered by the sub-contractors, and collect all the data test results.
• Making the as built for the electrical load schedule and schematic diagram according to the actual requirement and in accordance with electrical regulation.
• Conduct visual check and preparing Snag list and NCR’s of all types of works for contractor corrective guidelines.
• Assist the Managers to resolve if there is certain technical site issue particular to electrical work by coordinating to the customer / operating company to avoid further delay of the project and making all the information’s, reports needed by the managers.
• Quantifying the Bill of Materials and identifying the SKU part number prior to send requisitions for materials (RFM).

• Check and evaluate all electrical material submittal ensuring the specified and alternative materials are as per project requirement/specification set by the code of standard and the local authorities.
• Conduct supervision and inspection of complete electrical services to ensure work done on site is in accordance to the design drawing and meeting the local authority requirements.
• Conduct inspection of material delivery on site ensuring that material delivered to be as per approved submittal/sample.
• Handle the IR for Mechanical & Plumbing inspection work done on site during the absences of assigned engineer.
• Attending to MEP progress and coordination meeting.
• Review and certifies payment for MEP progress bill.
• Review any electrical variation work to ensure good financial management and unnecessary extra work.
• Handle the information for electrical RFIs.
• To witness testing and commissioning of entire electrical services.
• To review & check the as built drawing as well as the custodian of the warranty certificate, operation and maintenance manual to be turned-over to the building authorized person.
• Handle the preparation of electrical snag list and ensure all works are operational meet the satisfaction of the approved shop drawing and project specification.
• Participate and contribute as a team member to the successful undertaking of the project.

current transformer, capacitive voltage transformer, power circuit breaker, lighting arrester,
bus support & line trap.
* Supervise the stringing of overhead high voltage conductor.
* Close monitor the installation of substation remote control panel at control house such as
auxiliary switch gear, line fault recorder, remote terminal unit, sequence of event recorder &
telecom control panel, distance protection relay, transformer protection relay, bus bar
protection relay & breaker failure relay.
* Termination of transfer tertiary side to 15kv station service switchgear down to low voltage
auxiliary transformer.
* Hands-on & assisting the assembling of 50/100/150MVA 230/138/69 KV power
autotransformer.
* Filling of nitrogen prior to vacuum transformer.
* Filling of mineral oil consists of 167 drums of oil into autotransformer. Hauling and inventory
of substation line hardware and equipment.
* Assist testing and commissioning prior for energized.
* Cable pulling and termination of power and control cables from control board to each
equipment.
* Represent for site inspection for biddings pre-qualification
* Assist estimate of project bidding.
