1.Gives/takes endorsement to incoming nurse on duty.2. Receives patients during the start of treatment and getting initial data, getting medical history and recording.3. Performing assessment of patients and reporting findings to the attending physician of any complications before, during and after treatment..4. Performing IV cannulation, IJ catheterization.5. Monitors and documents vital signs before, during and after treatment.6. Inform physician with due referral.7.Laboratory specimen collection.8. Drug administration via Intramuscular, subcutaneous, Intravenous and orally.9. Participates in the rehabilitation of the patient.

Assumes the charge nurse role in the absence of the supervisor.3.Taking initial data Vital signs, recording and taking the past medical history of the patients.4.Admitting and carrying out doctors legal orders.5. Laboratory specimen collection.6. Observes clinical manifestation and report any significant findings promptly to the physician on duty.7. Assist doctors during minor operations/diagnostic procedures/suturing/incision and drainage.8.performs basic life support/advance cardiac life support to patients during arrest. performs IV cannulation, Nasogastric-tubing.9.Participates in the rehabilitation of the patient.
1.Gives/takes endorsement to the incoming nurse.2.Document goals, progress and outcome of the nursing care plan as well as carrying out doctors legal order.3.Assist physician in the treatment and administering specialized therapy and performing complicated procedures.4.Maintains a complete and accurate record of patients.5.Performs Intravenous fluid insertion, administers different blood products.6.Laboratory specimen collection.7.Administers drug via Intramuscular, Intravenous, subcutaneuos and orally.8.Electrocardiographic recording and referrals to physician.9. Admitting patients on ward.
1. Maintains a complete record of patients.2. Taking initial vital signs and past medical History of patients. 3. Assesses patients for any sign and symptoms and give due referrals to physician on duty.3.Carries out doctors legal orders.4.Drug administration via Intramuscular, subcutaneous, and orally..5.Taking initial weight, height of patients.6.Calling patients thru phone for follow up check ups.7.Taking Laboratory specimen and send to lab immediately.8. Assisting physician in any minor operation like incision and drainage, suturing etc.9.Compiling all the patients record, organizing the chart and giving due referrals.

Monitors patients evry now ans then and report any significant findings.
