Liaises with the personnel department to assist in pre-Employment screening, work related investigations of losses or claims by employees against the company/hotel
Regularly liaise with the hotel departmental head to promote the safe, secure, efficient and harmonious operation on the hotel and its outlets

Liaise closely with the Hotel Security Contractors to constantly analyse their performance, ensuring they effectively meet responsibilities as laid out
Maintain full and accurate records associated with the complete function of the security rule
Implement in conjunction with the hotel management team system for safety and security, loss control, key control, fire and safety, occupational health and safety.
Conduct investigation into matters relating to cash, stock assets, fire, accidents, and disruption, where theft/ fraud/ loss/ injury/ damage is suspected to have occurred .
