Review reports on country service level and FOP
performance and recommend corrective actions to enhance performance; input
and extract data from various FedEx systems to generate reports; maintain all
records and files; coordinate freight collections; provide guidance and support to
couriers with complex/difficult tasks and issues; perform route assignments on
inbound shipments; monitor sorting; support and carry out courier and service
agent duties as required in order to provide quality pick up and delivery service
to FedEx customers and maximize pick up and delivery that meet delivery
commitments.
Complete and submit all operational paperwork and reports; report on existing or
potential package system problems, monitor and works towards corporate service
levels; troubleshoot process issues and recommend corrective actions in order to
comply with all operational policies, procedures and processes.
Responsible in the daily monitoring of drivers and couriers to clients mandated destination.
Complying with company policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations.
Proper planning for trucks & drivers movement.
Ensuring that all deliveries are on time.
Daily operation issues are properly and safely sorted out.
Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or two way radios.
Confer with customers or supervising personel in order to address questions, problems, and request for service or equipment.
Upholds proper FEDEX image by means of wearing the correct uniform, professional behaviour, neat, and clean appearance of self.
Accepts documents and packages of international & domestics shipments outbound and inbound.
Prepares daily and monthly performance report that will be submitted to the team leader.
Coordinates with marketing department on company promotions such as:attractive window display, give-aways, and premiums
Performs and implements quality system and ISO related activities.
Ensures that all collections recieves from couriers are accounted for, controlled and properly endorsed to accounting department.
Performs other duties at a similar level of skill and complexity as required.
Assist clients on inquiries such as rates, transit time, delivery commitments, documentation requirements and prohibited items.
Assist the clients on tracking ang tracing informations of their packages.
To ensure prompt delivery and pick-up's to the client.
To provide basic supplies needs of the client.
Attending every concerns raised by the client.
Direct reporting of daily activities occurred at the field to the supervisor.
Assuring all packages are properly scanned / labeled for inbound and outbound.
Taking proper handling of goods to it's best condition til it reaches the destination.
Giving the best services to the regular and aspiring clients.
Attended Caterpillar / Nichiyu forklift basic operation.
Responsible in staging finished goods at warehouse.
Loading and unloading of goods from the delivery trucks.
In charge of supplying of raw materials to the feeder machine.
Staging and preparing of goods to the truck for delivery.
Responsible of maintaining the forklift machine in good working condition.
In charge of first in / first out of stocks.
Responsible of day to day order of goods.
In charge of monitoring of food preparation.
Direct reporting to the operations manager.
In charge of daily / monthly inventory of stocks.
