- Conceptualize and produce media publications (Facebook
content, TVC, viral videos...)
- Create a detailed content production plan based on the overall marketing plan
- Participate in building big ideas, writing slogans, taglines, and providing strategic directions for marketing campaigns.
- Support the online advertising process, event organization, and production organization.
- Perform administrative, recruitment and reporting tasks
- Participate in preparing to receive new employees, develop documents and organize integration training for new employees.
- Coordinate and monitor the project status
- Attend to client’s inquiries and complaints, attend site meetings and handover when necessary
- Assist the Project Team in the preparation of documents, filing and submission
- Handle incoming and outgoing project documents, correspondences and emails
- Organize internal events and activities
- Prepare necessary equipment and provide timely support to make work go smoothly
- Other administrative duties
