As a Consultant: the services I provided covered school start up and management in the Middle East, curriculum design and implementation, teacher training and development, Research and Development in educational management and leadership, production of academic books and resources, volunteer management, etc.
As a School Director: the main role to provide leadership and management of the schools affiliated to our network. Follow up of the day to day operations. Follow up and development of the academic component. Follow up and management of the HR, Business, transport and IT components of our work. Social Outreach and maximizing the impact of our educational work through community involvement, etc
The masters program ran over one year covering 6 core modules, 3 electives and concluded with a dissertation. Core modules were: Practical Management in Contexts of Stringency; School Observation, Evaluation and Supervision; Practical Inquiry in Education; Education Policy and National Development; Leadership for School Improvement; Human Rights Education, Citizenship and the Environment. Elective Modules were: Personal Skills for Women and Men in Education Management; Educational Innovation and Curriculum in an International Context. I received the MA with a merit upon the completion of my dissertation on the impact of social, economic and political changes on Educational Leadership in Lebanon.
