• Analyse trends, strengths, and weaknesses within the stake and supervise the work of the assistant clerks and secretaries.
• Train the ward clerks and other assistant clerks to help remember and execute responsibilities
• Prepare Administrative support for other stake leaders including, record keeping and reports
