Coordinate all maintenance work to properly maintain
assigned campus facilities.
Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and schedule work of staff
as assigned.
Perform routine repair work and other work of a general
maintenance nature.
Through electronic and other means, order and maintain
adequate inventory of materials and supplies, for
maintenance, repair and proper functioning of facilities and
all assigned equipment.
Inspect assigned facility space/fixtures for deterioration,
cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist in planning room layout and set-ups, including
furniture/equipment, and other duties related to special
events.
Coordinate space, furniture and equipment tasks
(inventory) with facility managers/directors.
Inspect and assure quality control of all work performed.
Perform building service or grounds related tasks required
for routine cleaning, construction and/or clearing of
roads/walkways, and other work of a general maintenance
nature.
Request and coordinate the services of crafts/trade
personnel, as necessary.
Ensure security of facilities by locking and unlocking doors
and/or installing and maintaining various safety components
(i.e., fire alarm covers, security screens) as assigned.
Assure that all waste, recycling and debris are picked up
and removed from building(s).
Requisition, maintain, inventory and issue equipment for
facilities in assigned area, and assure they are in proper
Manage Deliveries and Usage
Coordinating with suppliers and clients
Keep records of expiry date and damaged stocks
Daily cycle count and preparing monthly report
Monitors pickers and packers
Product Labeling
Inventory Control
Manage the warehousing and storage of all materials
Preparation of Invoices, Packing List and Delivery note
Coordinating with the forwarder and courier company
Coordinating with the insurance company to insured the
shipments
Document preparation for shipment clearance
Receiving deliveries. Reconcile the Delivery notes with
purchase orders
Organizing stock on shelves
Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock
Check/report of damaged items and returns
Classify the items according to Brands & Model
Monitor the moving and non-moving items
Perform quality control
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers)
according to availabilities and requirements
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and
equipment to ensure they meet needs
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to
achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to
customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders
etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
