My time is divided between being the leader of the commissioning team and managing the HVAC replacement projects. A summary of my responsibilities are as follows:

Manage HVAC replacement projects:

• Present the idea at a level 1 project meeting
• Apply for registration of project on PSNext
• Together with the aircon group leader, determine scope of work for the project
• Obtain quotations
• Compile project execution plan
• Compile business case
• Present project at level two project meeting - the deliverable of this meeting is an approved business case
• Register the management of change (MOC) document
• Apply for cable and equipment numbers
• Ensure a one - line diagram is drafted or the existing drawing is red lined
• Alienation of existing asset
• Registration of new asset
• Identify the risks which may influence the project and manage these risks
• Plan the cash flow and drive this plan
• Create notifications for various service providers
• Perform factory acceptance test
• Obtain a certificate of compliance for the electrical installation before energization of the HVAC
• Ensure all punch items are addressed before energization of the HVAC
• Monitor the performance of the installation for one week before hand over to owner
• Drive the invoicing and payment there off
• Close the management of change (MOC) document
• Close the project
