Since June 2014 I'm Art Director and manager of the 'Visual Design & Creatives'​ department at fonQ. Due to the rapid growth of fonQ I was able to expand my team from 3 FTE to 8 FTE strong including DTP, Visual Designers & Lead Designers. I am the current owner and creator of the Styleguide and all Visual Branding of fonQ. Next to that I'm Design Lead in all major projects such as Responsive Redesign & fonQ Magazine.

Accomplishments:
● Created the official fonQ Styleguide including a new look & feel
● Redesign of the fonQ Catalogue
● Creator of fonQ Inspiration Magazine
● Delivered a complete Responsive Redesign for fonQ.nl (resulting in +125% mobile revenue)

As Head of Online Design I was responsible for all Digital Visual Communication. I overlooked all visual digital projects and I had to make sure all agencies and internal/external parties worked according to the Nuon Styleguide and UX/UI standard. I also had the ownership of the Online Styleguide and together with agency VBAT we created a total new look & feel and Styleguide that we presented in the end of 2013.

Responsible for all new digital concepts and overlooking all outsourced projects with visual deliverables. As International Head Designer I travelled very regularly to Stockholm & Berlin to overview all digital projects in Sweden & Germany and supply wherever I was needed.
