Work with both internal staff and external customers to resolve issues with invoice processing and accounting
Develop, implement, and maintain procedures for payables processing. Identify and Implement both system and process improvements
Supervise reconciliation of accounts payable sub ledger to the general ledger and other accounts as assigned. Ensure account reconciliation's are performed monthly, and reconciling items are resolved on a timely basis
Supervise weekly balancing of Accrued Receipts in the Manufacturing System
Supervise preparation, documentation & distribution of payroll, taxes & benefit payments
