• Timely resolution of end user queries assigned by help desk and if necessary proactive discussed on critical issues with super users
• Solving of maintenance tickets in the areas of Master data and providing solutions to the queries raised by the end user.

• Attending KT sessions to update knowledge on new issues.
• Thoroughly documenting the above activities and keeping it up-to-date
• Analyzing the Issues raised by End Users and Providing Support required.
• Handling tickets with different priority levels raised on daily basis and Closing them within defined SLA's

Configuration activities
•AS IS Process study
•Configuring the Organization Requirements Mapping to SAP
•Involved in Configuring of Enterprise structure related to MM module
•Involved in Configuration of Master data viz. Material master, Vendor master, Info record, Source list and Quota arrangement,
•Configuring the Procurement cycle-PR, RFQ, Purchase order, Outline agreements and MRP
•Configured of Material types, Valuation class and Automatic account assignment
•Configured of Release strategy for purchasing documents
•Mapping of special process like Subcontracting process and Stock transfer order process between plants & External Service Management.
•Responsible for testing the all the ASIS process with the configuration mapped in SAP.
•Responsible for setting up organization structure with the existing business process like Purchase organization, Plant, Storage location, Purchase Groups and their assignment to the respective hierarchy
•Involved in ASIS discussions for understanding client Business process.
•Finalized TOBE process for the ASIS documents and found the GAP's for developments/customizing through ABAP
•Finalized Business Blueprint according to the client business process.
