•Provide HSE Induction and refresher trainings to all new employees, client, consultant, subcontractors and vendors of to ensure ability of all management staffs and labors to be discharged, allocate occupational health and safety responsibilities including hazards in the work place. * Responsible for doing regular work site inspections and bringing any safety issues up to field management.
•Conducts examination and safety inspection on excavation.
•Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control during site inspection.
•Conduct an accident investigation to be able to know the root cause and immediately transmit to the entire department the result of the investigation to prevent the recurrence of the accident. * Issue warning notice/Recommend Termination to all HSE violators Corrective Action Request (CAR) and non-conformance report.
•Conducting toolbox talks and fully aware of the specific job for the day, all the hazards that they may encounter and all the control measures.
•Responsible for weekly work site safety audits that were distributed to field and office management.
•Update all Training Records and ensure that all workers and staff have completed their training course as per company training matrix.
