Job Title Recruitment Executive (HR Assistant)
• Working as a Recruitment Executive (HR Assistant) in TRG.
• Responsible for hiring resources and employee relations.
• Analysis of job requirements.
• Short listing resumes as per the job descriptions and conduct Telephonic Interviews with the candidates.
• Finalizing the candidates to be interviewed by management.
• Effective Business communication with internal/external customers.
• Staff attendance roster and maintain employee letters and records.
• Counsel, Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
• Ensuring all equipment required for the job is procured and is ready for handover on the date of joining.
• Providing daily recruitment stats to assistant manager.
