Steered efforts to achieve top line growth & bottom line objectives through innovation (Pipe designing), reduction in procurement & operational costs. Actively developed new business on turnkey projects, with BHEL, L & T, Adani, etc.
Handled vendor registration & approvals, API, BHEL, EPIL, major project consultants, etc.
Involved in designing & modify the Treated Effluent disposal pipeline system for the Vadodara Enviro Channel Ltd.
Designed & successfully implemented the Kachh Branch Canal distribution system through underground piping.

Responsible for Business Development. Participated in major project tenders - costing & estimation, preparation of offers, JV’s Overall Projects Co-ordination
Deftly liaised with all government departments/ministries, municipalities.
Responsible for the Business Development, with special emphasis on business with ONGC, BHEL, NTPC, Indiabulls, Adani, Lanco, Jindal, Reliance, all Shipyards, etc.
Handled marketing of Products of all Divisions. Production & Planning of GRP Pipe Division & handling of EPC Projects
