Project incharge for one number 132/33 kV GIS at Support Industries near Abqaiq area.
Presently working as the Saudi Aramco approved Project Manager for Energy & Power Contracting Co. Limited in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia on a project which will provide the facilities and infrastructure upgrade to support the Arab heavy crude delivery with new trunk line to transport crude oil from Safaniyah (Project Cost worth $25M under SAUDI ARAMCO).

My role as the Sr. Manager (Electrical) involves the total responsibility of Procurement, Customer Relationship Management and Project Execution Monitoring & Control for Switch Yard and Cabling, Illumination and Public Address System commissioning for 2 X 250MW Thermal Power Plant at Harduaganj, UP, India (worth $ 33M).

Here I commissioned one 220/33/11KV new Sub-station at Amona near Goa. Project cost was $ 22M. I joined the Company as Project Manager and later was promoted to Sr. Project Manager.

This is one of the leading Power Transformer manufacturer as well as Project executing agency in the field of Electrical Transmission and Distribution in India.
As a Project manager I was the overall Project in-charge of the APDRP project in Howrah Circle for construction of 5 nos. new 33/11 KV sub-station and associated 33KV and 11KV Lines and some augmentation works in and around Kolkata.
It is a $ 400M Company in Distribution Transformer manufacturing as well as EPC vendor in India.
In my very short tenure as the Construction Manager, I was the in-charge of a rural electrification package in two districts of North Bihar, India.
This was a leading switchgear manufacturer and EPC contractor. I joined the Company as the Manager Technical but with the charge of a Project and Construction Manager. Company worth $ 120M.
This was my first exposure to Project Management. I had to venture all fields of Project Management like Planning, Quality monitoring, inventory management, customer and vendor relationship management, Budgeting and cost control, Safety Management etc. This was the first rural electrification project in India. The job included 11KV lines, LT lines and small capacity distribution transformer installation and some augmentation works. The project was completed in time.
This is the only one power Sector in Kolkata with 1000 MW generation and 1600 MW Distribution Capacity. Yearly turnover of CESC Ltd. is $ 500M.
Here as a testing engineer I had my hand on experience over Testing & commissioning. I came across testing of Power transformers of all ratings from 1MVA to 200MVA and testing of all almost every electrical apparatus like, Circuit Breakers, Lightning arrestors, Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, bus-bar, Neutral grounding resistors. The complete protection system with testing of all types of relays was under my grip. There was another routine work for us - Underground HT cable fault location.

This was the first job of my career. I joined here as Trainee Engineer and later was promoted as Asst. Engineer. I came across the maintenance of several electro-mechanical equipments of a hotel like DG sets, boilers, Compressors, Pump motors, Cooling Tower and their overhauling etc. One achievement in this short tenure was my calculation of Capacitor Bank capacity and later installation of the same for improvement in the power factor and omission of the power factor surcharges from the electricity bills.
