-Responsible for adjusting & changing the tariffs in accordance to current market situation and seasonal fluctuations and occupancy.
-Establishing and Editing the Rate codes levied for different Travel Agencies and corporate.
-Effectively managing inventory and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including brand websites, 3rd parties and the GDS.
-Collaborating with the GM & DOS in the decision making process of promotion participation and rates.

-Shouldering all the responsibilities, handling the entire communication of the office thereby ensuring that all the deadlines are achieved.
-Effectively interfacing with business partners & clients, outside agencies and other bodies.
-Performing efficient coordination and follow up tasks with functional departments within the company.
-Responsible for office administration and secretarial support to the company management. Writes or drafts correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials.
-Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate; routes matters requiring action by staff or other departments and follows up to ensure actions are completed.
-Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, categorizes, files and retrieves documents or other materials.
