ance Responsibilities:
Cash Receiving (Suez)
Prepare receipts for cash and checks at integration system .
Send all daily movement of cash from integration to sap .
Banks ( cash / checks deposits )
Make all deposits of cash and checks at banks .
Coordinate with the bank dept. in obour the big deposits .
Branch expense reviewing / settled
Temporary cash advance paid for the branch needs and all the branch expenses reviewed and settlement .

SAP ( WS/SP Invoices. Job reviewed )
Reviewed workshop job card .
Customer and internal invoices send to sap on integration system for workshop and spare parts revenue .

Monthly reports (WS/SP outstanding, balance analysis, monthly adjusts for Suez branch
Prepare the customers dues in monthly statement and send to workshop and spare parts dept. for collection .
Prepare the monthly customers analysis statement and send to finance dept. of obour to calculate the interests .
Prepare monthly on integration system for internal invoices and sisters companies of MCV .
Prepare the monthly statement of checks returns .
Prepare the monthly outstanding for customers dues and classified in sectors ( good - bad depts. And governmental / private sector ) .
2- Admin Responsibilities:
Security follow - up
Receive the daily reports of the security documentary circle .
Follow up security situation specially on disturbance conditions .
Coordinate any changes at the security plan .
Receive the security memo and take the necessary actions .
Employee transportation
Arrangements for employee daily transportation .
Branch license
Paid the annual fees of branch activity license .
Industrial security
Prepare the 2 annual statistics to provide to industry office .
External business trip
Take all arrangements to be ready for weekly and extraordinary maintenance .
Employ accommodations
Coordinate with admin and legal dept. on obour for the rental accommodations
Representing the company in contract signature with accommodations owner and annual renewal .
Branch maintenance - cleaning
Ensure the monthly supplies for maintenance and cleaning .
Photo copier, phones / faxes
Ensure the monthly needs of office supplies .
Branch network
Coordinate with obour IT dept. for branch network service if down .
