 Projects: Presidential Palace at New Capital, Capital Walk, Tawila Island, Sodic East Town, Iconic Tower CBD, Katamya Creeks
 Managing Procurement, Warehouses, Logistics & Equipment departments
 Procurement :Managing team of 4 seniors and 2 specialists. Controlling and following up all the procurement activities regarding Hardscape, Softscape, Irrigation & Drainage, Electrical, Finishing, Electromechanical project requirements, with estimated procurement amount 150 M EGP
• All procurement needs for Admin, marketing, mobilization, furniture
• Preparing and negotiating the subcontract agreements for the different scope of works, and reviewing the monthly IPCs
• Preparing and applying Odoo ERP system with all its documents and needs
• Coordinating with the finance for the needs of the cash plan and vendor balances
• Coordinating with Operations and Planning department for the project’s requirements and priorities, and coordinating with Technical Office and Quality Control for technical submittals and approvals.
• Reviewing the departments reports for PO & Contracts logs, PR follow up, Budget
 Warehouses: Managing 4 site warehouses with all its teams
• Follow the reports for receiving and issuing, Item ID, transferring between sites
• Frequent stock physical count to control the slow-moving items and the best utilization of the stock between sites
• The follow up of the daily used consumables and define reordering point
 Logistics & Transportation: Managing team of 4 supervisors and 6 drivers
• Responsible for the operation of foreign shipments by coordination with clearance agent, preparing and reviewing all requested documents
• The follow up of local material transportation from manufactures to sites or between sites
• Supervision of the fleet team regarding all employee transportation
 Equipment and Maintenance: Managing team of Senior Engineer and 2 supervisors and 4 drivers
• Studying and procuring the new needed equipment
• Follow the operating activities of the company equipment
• Follow the maintenance schedule of the equipment

 Following and reviewing all the procurement activities and coordination with related departments
 Working on improving the department performance and the team members, and confirming on sticking to the factory procedures
 Participating in management meetings for material resourcing and project planning
 Working on different payment terms for material importing especially Letter of Credit
 Working on all the factory requirement: steel products (plates, sections, pipes, bolts, grating and formed sheets), painting material, galvanization & fabrication subcontractors
 Preparing supplier evaluation forms for the performance of the suppliers.

 An advanced experience in all the purchasing process: preparing inquiries, collecting offers, following up with foreign and local suppliers, preparing comparison sheets and issuing firm bids.
 Preparing a continuous cost analysis of the purchased orders compared to the market prices and the annual purchasing report
 Preparing supplier evaluation forms for the performance of the suppliers.
 Responsible for all paints requirements for different projects fields, subcontracting agreements (for fabrication, engineering, erection & quality auditing)
 Working on different steel products: plates, sections, pipes and formed sheets.
 Working on fittings, crane rails, grating and getting touch with boiler manufacturing requirements.
 Good technical knowledge about the fasteners production

 Working on reviewing all contractual agreements for running projects and projects in tender stage
 Preparing letters, claims and variations requests and presenting them
 Attending contractual meetings with the clients
 Preparing cost reports for running projects
 Follow up of the purchased material cost compared with the budget
