responsible for Bank’s Desktop system, associated subsystems, applications, software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, as well as resolving the technical issues reported by users through the IT Service desk.
• Responds to users requests for information and assists in problem resolution
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to software hardware and networking.
• Identifies and initiates resolutions to client problems and concerns associated with office automation equipment, hardware, and software to the client’s satisfaction.
• Maintain software and hardware registration and inventory to provide upgrades as necessary and insure appropriate security levels are maintained.
• Ensure compliance of all IT Service Management processes by self and junior team members.
• Uphold the enterprise policy guidelines as well as recommend new and improved guidelines to ensure compatibility and better service enterprise users of personal computers.
• Maintain current technical expertise in the rapidly changing technology of microcomputers and utilizes state-of-the-art techniques when implementing office automation solutions.
• Prepare weekly status reports quantitatively reporting results of office automation activities.
• Maintain anti-virus software updates.
• Monitor and maintain the printing, scanning services for users and maintenance
• Maintain and automate software installation to ensure critical software is installed on all computers, including Anti-virus, data leakage prevention solution, data encryption, and device control.
• Track and keep an inventory for all items under maintenance.
• Monitor compliance of users to the enterprise’s security policies.
• Communicate and document the support issues and escalating to the appropriate IT staff or vendor when necessary.
• Uphold the enterprise policy guidelines as well as recommend new and improved guidelines to ensure compatibility and better service enterprise users of personal.

- Diagnose PCs, Notebooks and Workstation Hardware or Software faults for Interact Computer Stores customers.
- Investigating, Diagnosing and solving computer software or applications faults

-Support Interact Computer Stores customers either onsite, over the phone or remotely.
