Main responsibilities include:
• Identify the client's requirements, needs and expectations for each placement.
• Liaise with institutions, partners and stakeholders during the recruitment process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all marketing recruitment, sales, placement and follow-up processes.
• Book venues, organize events, conferences and presentations, coordinate intakes.
• Conduct final inspections on the day of an event to ensure everything adheres to the clients' standards.
• Assess an event overall success, submit clients' feedback.
• Have the management responsibility of a team of Recruitment, Conversion and Marketing coordinators based within diferent departments.
