Supervising a Air cooled condenser erection in cobined cycle power plant.
• Daily supervision at site.
• Study the Drawings before execution start at site and explain initially to sub contractor
• Make assure that contractors are doing work as per organization’s Quality and Safety policies
• Check the material using at site as per the Drawing & specification given for site.
• Preparing daily site report and inform / update seniors
• Progress rate at site and advance prediction for Contractor progress delay and hindrance & cause of delay to take corrective action in time.
• Next day planning and Material requirement at site
• Advance planning for Indents for material.
• Make accounting for unused & uses of Wastages like Steel, Tools, Consumables
• Co -ordinate the Vendor to solve design, material and warranty issues.
• Co-ordinate customer for complete Inspections
• Accounting sub contractor invoice
• Closing punch points to get Final Acceptance of package from Customer
• Co ordinate other departments(civil, Electrical and instrument) to follow schedule and issues
