Designation - Admin Assistant
• Coordinate daily calendars of MD
• Plan appointments and events, workshops
• Make travel arrangements
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Respond promptly to MDs’ queries
• Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
• Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintaining the student logs and end of the month sending it to finance
• Maintaining student enrollment forms and other database
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Participated in leadership training and community building workshops
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of community service and student affairs activities
