Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, prepare requirement traceability matrix, optimize and simplify business processes and map the rationalized business processes in CRM modules.
Hold workshops, story board and interview sessions to gather requirements such that the stakeholders can visualize and articulate their ideas better.
Manage, lead and train the team of engagement consultants for client communication and process understanding.
Analyze the feasible and not feasible requirements and provide alternative solutions for the latter.
Collaborate with the product team for the required enhancements and customization
Preparation of documents to finalize the requirements and approach and obtain a sign-off on these documents from the stake holders.
Prioritize the requirements based on the complexity and impact and draft a project plan with timelines and related efforts.
Send weekly status reports to all the project stakeholders and represent the team in steering committee meetings.
Prepare and give presentations on the progress of the project/module.
Strategize and organize the project timelines according to the available resources, effort and approach
Liaise with the technical team for seamless integration of client’s internal systems with CRMnext.
Lead a team to configure and implement the finalized approach of the business processes in CRMnext modules like leads, accounts, cases, appointments, campaigns, opportunities etc.
Facilitate knowledge transfer of the project criticalities to the internal service assurance team and clarify their doubts as and when required during their test cases formulation process.
Support the UAT by reviewing test cases, manage version control of documents, software builds & migration scripts and supervise the testing of the application; coordinate for the resolution of issues and changes.
Coordinate with the stakeholders for UAT sign off and coordinate internally for production movement till Go live stage of the application.
Conduct Admin training demos and conclude them with Q&A sessions.
Responsibilities
Plan and strategize the project effort & timelines, coordinate with stakeholders for business & functional requirements for the litigation management system
Prepare activity diagrams & wireframes to assist development and fulfill technical requirements.
Compile functional and technical documents,
Write and test the code for its functionality. Also, review code & design of the subordinates.
Develop database structures to support the application, write queries, stored procedures and functions
Develop the DAL and BLL for the application.
Envisage solution, coordinate for UAT, manage iterations and change requests, engage in the deployment of application in production/Live environment.
Delegate and manage tasks of the team, supervise the development to be completed within the scope of the requirements document.
