•Also I got hands-on experience with HPLC, GC and LCMS to test the several compounds and gasespresent in the sample.
•Learned about several tools and techniques in anaerobic culture and mastered working withan anaerobic chamber.
•Scale-up of the production of organic acid on the fermenter using batch fermentation techniques
•Sidewise I learned about the different biofuels, and biomethane and also analyzed the methane productionin environmental samples like oil spill samples, sewage samples, rumen fluid samples etc.
