Resolve customer queries on call regarding existing order or incomplete payment. Help cutomers to complete the order or place new order for phones or sim cards on contract. Solve billing issues and cross sell products in offer.
Performing prompt & courteous check-in & check-out of groups & individual guests. Screening, answering & forwarding calls.

Bachelor of management studies with specialization in HR and Finance GPA 4.62 Grade “A” Percentage 66.21
