Key Result Areas:
o Compliances of policies/procedures,
o Review insurance policy to determine coverage.
o Analyse a claim made by a Policyholder to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions.

o Arrange specialized types of insurance cover in complex cases. This may involve preparing reports for insurance
underwriters and surveyors and negotiating with insurers.
o My responsibility includes managing Marine portfolio of the company and which include Hull, Yacht and Pleasure
Crafts, Cargo and Marine Liabilities.
o Liaise with Lloyds underwriters/brokers, surveyors, P&I clubs, club correspondents and claimants as necessary.
o Develop relationships with underwriters, surveyors and other professionals.
o Working with Lloyds underwriter and P & I club for Demo and Trading vessels.
o Arranging Medical Insurance, Motor Insurance and Health Insurance for Employees.
o In-charge of overall H&M, P&I, crew insurance for all demolition as well as trading ships.

o Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers.
o Building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
o Scheduling and attending meetings.

o Providing accurate quotes for coverage amounts and premiums.
o Prioritize and manage multiple inquiries for the medical health insurance for individual &/or group/corporate
clients, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Dealing with the various insurance companies, sending
the complete information and respective proposal form along with the relevant requirements papers and to
negotiate with the insurers for the competitive rates/premium.

o Schedule appointment with corporate and non-corporate clients and able to understand the basic requirements
of the various clients on related policy requirement.
o Sold various kinds of policies such as, Marine, Farm/crop, and medical malpractice in different kind of
Organisations including, Automobile, Fire, Life, Property, or medical sector.
