A key member of the operations team of the start-up supporting data management, client reporting, trade
processes, problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction to ensure integrity of the data systems. With
strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment this role involved offering solutions to problems and developing procedures for better decision-making by gathering information through direct observation. Responsibility included social media analysis for creating and maintaining Revolut’s presence on social media sites, which include Facebook, Twitter, as well as any Google PlayStore by monitoring the emerging social media tools to see how they can be incorporated into the business, marketing and public relation strategies. This includes use of creativity and marketing skills to help generate brand awareness, sales and promote customer service through the social media networks by studying the trends in social media. Also involved in recognising fraud patterns and by continual fraud analysis and inducing steps to stop fraudulent usage of the service.

The responsibility to facilitate leading sessions teaching enterprise and lead a team of up to 13 participants. The fundamental aim is to ensure that the participants gain a solid understanding of the community element of the project. This role demanded the need to have the skills to teach, inspire and engage a diverse range of young people from different backgrounds. It also included the task of leading a visit
to local community groups (including youth clubs and homeless centres) so that the young people can pass on their skills, culminating in a showcase performance.

I have been working with a London based start-up company Supenta who are specialised in NFC technology. I've been given the responsibility to help them with their Product Development and Business Development in order to cater to the masses, potential customers, augment the social media followers, publicity, crowd funding and various such marketing and business oriented tasks based on the technical knowledge I've acquired. This is also a part of my final MSc Individual Thesis and Project.

Besides pursuing my final year engineering project, I was also a full time trainee in the department of Central Development and Engineering at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL). Bharat Electronics Limited is a state-owned electronics company owned by the Indian Government & primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces. I was involved in the project involving the design of a RADAR component for the Indian Armed Forces where I developed Team spirit and Creativity much needed for a person and the company to evolve.
