To lead a team effectively
• Empanel New / Prospective Client
• Prepare job descriptions and salary brackets according to the requirements for the job position
• Posting/advertising jobs in different job portals and social media sites.
• Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, networking sites, newspaper advertisement & Head Hunting
• Prescreen the candidates
• Interview the candidates in person.
• Arranging interview for the shortlisted candidates with the client.
• Ensure that the offer letter is accepted by the candidate and handhold the candidate throughout the entire visa procedures.
• Empanel New / Prospective Client.
• Research on the current market analysis and Tap new clients through varied sources
• Lead negotiations and overcome objections for empanelment.
• Ensure there is an Agreement / Contract signed with the client.
• Source candidates as per client’s requirement
• Assess and screen Candidates (interviewing)
• Use Candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Headhunting - Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work;
• Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
• Counselling and coaching candidates for interview
• Help in negotiating offer
• Handhold the candidate pre & post his joining.
