Currently I am working with the M3M as a facility team where I am engaging a role of customer relation executive/ Front office executive which is Apartments property with 204 rooms and apart from this I have experience of 5 Star luxurious as well as standard property with 390 rooms where I was working for 2 years in front office department, , taking check In and check outs, handling cash and billing, engaging with VIP guests and being a team leader maintaining lobby decorum and taking a quick briefing of my team for run the Operations smoothly.

I was working with The Grand New Delhi hotel from past two years as a Team leader where I am taking the check in and check out of the guests, handling cash and Batch BTC Billing and maintaining the lobby decorum as well . Being a team leader before starting my shift I am taking a quick briefing for ensuring smooth operations. Apart from the I am engaging with the guests to provide them excellent customer service to make their comfortable and providing information about the promises for smooth experience.
