Here I am working as Documentation Incharge & working as under:-
Bookings Imports & Exports / DO / SI Instructions / Clearance / Transportation / BL Release / Ontime payment to Lines / Verifying Line Invoices.
• Daily DSR Report to Party & Head Office
• Arranging KYC and GST details from all the new customers introduced by Sales.
• Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including trading desks, loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, vendors and customers.
• Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders includes Import & Export.
• To ensure the that all enquires are managed as well as identifying + resolving issues, complaints or other disputes to enhance our customer experience.
• To work closely with our internal teams+ suppliers to develop relationships while resolving issues.
• Daily shipment status monitoring to ensure service level are achieved, escalation of issues as & when necessary.
• Maintain customer relationship and assist in maintaining & growing the business by providing solution.
• Submit timely documents to freight forwarders, independent surveyors and other third-party industry providers.
• Maintain proactive inter-department coordination to meet service delivery expectations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure vessel related payments are made and collected timely.
