• Support Senior PM/BA in understanding the project goals, fostering stakeholder engagement, developing and executing project plan and monitoring the project performance.
• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage project commitment and deliverables.
• Monitor tasks/Milestones in clarity and update project summary and RAID log in clarity and send weekly status report to key Stakeholder.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation in confluence, Query log, Open action trackers and follow up with respective teams and update progress.
• Participate in PWG and PSC, capturing minutes of meeting, preparing change request forms and liaise with PMO on delivery extensions.
• Preparing Change framework documents based on the project lifecycle and assisting in audit protocol.
• Maintaining positive relationship with Stakeholders, flexible approach to work and openness to responsibilities.
