Job Profile:
• Supports recruiting managers in: (a) identification of a required staff profile and formulation of the vacancy notice; (b) outreach to suitable candidates; (c) pre-screening of applications.

• Coordinates the recruitment formalities between the appropriate governmental authorities and other HR departments(i.e., Housing, Immigration and Travel)
• Coordinates the short listing and interviewing activities and prepares Job Offers to successful candidates.
• Manages all arrangements involves in candidates visit, business visit from visa and ticket management, accommodation arrival and exit procedures.
• Maintain Employees database and related tracking tools to ensure efficient tracking of each recruitment case.

• Drafts Employment letters and Contracts for selected candidates.
• Generates payroll details and forwards the same to Finance Department.

Additional Responsibilities handled:
• Locum recruitment formalities: Locum positions are created to facilitate visiting Physicians and other priority positions to come over to Qatar for a short period and work with Hamad to formally present workshops and handle critical cases(surgeries, organ transplantation etc)
• To handle these critical arrivals the recruitment formalities are arranged with fast approvals from the management
• After arranging the visa, ticket and accommodation, the QCHP formalities are to be ensured
• Formal joining formalities and financial payments are arranged for the visitors and if the locum is extended, arrangements are made regarding the same after concerned approvals
