Role and Responsibility:
Provide a testing effort requirement estimate in project preparation phase of SAP projects
Responsible for creating and finalizing Test Strategy in blueprint phase of SAP projects
Responsible for creating detailed test plan and test package including test data preparation, resource planning and test schedule for system integration test (SIT) and user acceptance test (UAT)
Responsible for identifying a suitable key business users for testing
Responsible for project test preparation such as test scenarios/ cases scripting, data preparation and validation from project team
Responsible for conducting and coordinating SIT and UAT with SAP consultants and business key users for SAP projects
Responsible for defect management process during SIT and UAT execution using solution manger based test plan and test package process
Responsible for delivering test execution progress report-matrix on a daily basis to all stake holders
Responsible for conducting regular test progress review meeting with project team
Responsible for final UAT Sign-off and testing closure report to IT audit team
Effective communication and co-ordination between SAP team members and business team members
Actively manage and support to SAP incident and change management process with SAP application support team
