Commercial Land Properties is a well-establish land sales company in Kesbewa. We have well experienced development team and having sustainable revenue. Core responsible are
• Identifying new markets. Facing current economy challenges and identifying right customer base for the business function.
• Driving sales team by using new strategies. Using digital platform, we planned to communicate right customer base and also, we continue traditional commutation too. Introduced less travel and cold calls for potential customers.
Southlanka Marketing is a well-established building material distribution company in Galle district, currently operating distributions for S-Lon PVC, Tokyo Cement, Kansai Paints, Melwa Steel, Melborn Steel, and Vaithyalingam Steels. As the CEO of the company, I am primarily responsible for:
• Setting the direction and managing the operation, which currently records an annual turnover of over one billion rupees. Primarily focused on Sales and new business development.
• Conceptualize and implement new businesses under Southlanka, which are already contributing to the profit margins on the business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key dealers and the respective company managers/directors.
