Responsible for complete fabrication shop of this ASME, ISO and OSHA certified company. Jobs undertaken were pipe spools, vessels, tanks, structurals etc. for clients as Fernas and STFA. Staff of 300 persons from QA/QC, production, painting, store, maintenance, material handling and safety were all working under me.
Totally responsible for the fabrication of 300MT per month. The jobs were of ducts of M/S BHEL and kilns of sponge iron projects.
Responsible for job number wise material take off from drawings, fabrication planning and execution of work by allotting it to teams. Pressure vessels, shell & tube heat exchangers, bullets, spheres, tanks, structurals, piping as per ASME standard. Material SS and CS.
Responsible for material take off, planning and execution of all kinds fabrication jobs such as structural, pressure vessels, piping, pipe racks, and ducting etc.
Responsible for material take off, material indenting, production planning and execution of fabrication work related to the stone crushing units such as hoppers, chutes, conveyors, trussles, supporting structures etc. from team of 100 persons. QC, meeting delivery schedule.
To execute fabrication work of spares and maintenance items required in this steel plant.
To understand fabrication drawings and assign the work to group of workers and get work done involving structural, piping and vessels from them of proper quality and in time. Records keeping, material requisition, material indenting, QC follow up etc.
