• Reports accident, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager, complete safety training and certifications
• Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality pf propriety information; protect company assets
• Welcome and acknowledge all guest according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals and thank guest with appreciation.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephone using appropriate etiquette.
• Process payments for rental equipment’s, recreation activities, facility rentals or retail sales
• Ensure adherence to quality, expectations and standards
• Identify, recommend, develop and implement new ways to increase organizational quality
• Visually inspect tools, equipment or machines (e.g., to identify defects)
• Enter and locate work related information
• Provide information register and schedule guest for recreation activities
• Call maintenance or an outside service company if machine require service
• Maintain & adequate supply of cups and water in recreation area
• Promote fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
• Promote the ruled and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guest and members
• Conduct and appraisal of all members and guests intending to use the fitness center in order to ensure their safety
• Prepare tailored training programs as requested by guests
• Supervise all guests activities and assist with instruction as necessary
• Liaise with the health club manager regarding development of new services for income generation
• Carryout and supervise daily cleaning of all equipment liaise with health club supervisor and engineering department to ensure that all equipment are well maintain at all time
• Ensure that all guest follow rules and regulations, safety, security and procedures
• Plan and implement a program of activity to ensure a high throughput in the fitness center including competitions, social activities and marketing
• To train, develop, guide and motivate colleagues
• To assist the guest with all different queries
• Supervising recreation area (swimming pool & gym)
• Vacuuming pool & Checking chemical levels in swimming pool, making staff duty roster
• Scheduling for pool chemicals to keep pool water clean
• Monitor the misuse of equipment’s and report to management if required
• Maintaining cleanness around recreation and pool area
• Keeping accountability of rentals equipment’s & maintenance & handover cash in safe box

• Preparation of Policy & procedure manual- This manual is for trainers, supervisors, in charge and administrators
• It includes all policies and procedures for the day-to-day functioning of gym related to general members, personal trainers, administrative departments and all concerned with the gym
• Coordinating with members and other trainers ensuring effective implementation and execution of the training
• Conducting observation to evaluate training followed by analysis and review of members
• Designing and implementing diet for personal trainees
• Ongoing quality guidance of training implementation and output, handling certain members related issues
• Selection, induction and training of trainers and non-training staff
• Planning and preparing everyday workout plans for personal trainees
• Guide client in sale exercise taking into account individualized physical limitation
• Constantly attain faculty target’s including revenue goals
• Involved in the gym and telemarketing promotions as well
• Lead clients and occasional groups through personal workout and training sessions
• Carefully evaluate and assist them to achieving in personal fitness goals
• Handled walking inquiries at the gym and explained different packages to them
• Monitored in the operation of a clean and well maintained health club
• Contributed to increase in % sales in personal training department
• Carrying out health and safety checks of the equipment and gym environment
• Handling complaints and incidents e.g.
• Advertising and promoting the gym to increase usage which may include commission and bonus to trainers on performance basis
• Preparing and commutating daily, weekly, monthly reports of gym center to management
• Maintaining of work timing of trainers and other staff
• Logistic support between inter branch request for gym equipment or internal staff movement
• Demonstrate the correct way to exercise equipment and assisting regular members
• Monitor the misuse of equipment and report to management if required
• Ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards
• Deliver exercise classes and workshops to members as per diet sessions and workout sessions
