 Reviewing tender general purchase terms and conditions and special / particular terms and conditions of all major clients like SAIPEM, TECNIMONT, DAELIM, SAMSUNG, FISIA, SIDEM, NOOTER ERRIKSON, PETROFAC, HYUNDAI, SK ENGINEERING, TECNICAS REUNIDAS etc.
 Rephrasing and modifying the conditions w.r.t to the need of subcontract and scope of work suitable to company policy and procedures;
 Ensuring that the administration of contracts in the project is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
 To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
 Reviewing Purchase order of main Contractors / Clients and to do negotiations on purchase terms and conditions and general terms and conditions;
 Reviewing subcontract agreement of the main contractor and to negotiate its terms and conditions in a strict manner.
 Invoicing of subcontract agreement to our main contractors;
 Preparation of sub contract agreements for our sub contractors by finalizing the payment terms and special terms and conditions w.r.t the main contract on back to back basis sometimes on direct basis;
 Preparation of contractual letters on the basis of the signed contract agreement terms and conditions with the EPC contractor for claiming and resolving all types of issues related to scope of work;
 Managing all cross functional departments like quality, estimation, project management in resolving any cross functional disputes if arises from the Contractor looking all scenario related to subcontract terms and conditions.
 Negotiation with main contractor for resolving any project specific disputes;
 Managing bank guarantees and follow-up with internal department.
 Reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of Confidentiality agreement/Non disclosure agreement before signing any agreement.
 Reviewing the claims submitted by Projects team and building up the case with the project team to file claim in front of Contractor.

Since Oct '12 working with KHARAFI NATIONAL as a Contract Administrator - For Oil and Gas / Petrochemical Industries. KHARAFI NATIONAL is among the biggest EPC contractor of Kuwait in designing, fabrication, erection and commissioning of pressure vessels, modules, skid modules, Critical piping, evaporators, vessels, desalters, HRSG's etc for off-shore as well as on-shore facilities.
