Responsibilities & functions:
•Currently, I am working as experienced solution & Support engineer in Tier-2 Global at Ericsson India for Online Charging System & Multi Mediation for all Global customers
•Deployment of Ericsson Charging system, Mediation product and attached services, tariff configuration while maintaining timeline delivery with utmost customer satisfaction
•Leading a team of Tier2 engineers within domain to uplift competence to make a competence hub
•Responsibilities include investigation of CSR and provides remedy/solutions as per committed work level agreement and lead time
•Provides technical design, integration expertise and support to customer implementations and various solution deployments including datacenter infrastructure management.
•Worked on the implementation of different IN/CS Nodes(CCN, SDP, AIR, OCC, PCRF, SCP)
•Review completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and make recommendations to management and/or clients
•Helps writing technical and business SOP for projects documents (HLD, LLD), acceptance test cases(ATP), method of procedures(MOP) including PoC and bid projects for network Impact Report
•Schedules and perform VMware installations, patching and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established client’s SLA and procedures
•Well maintaining First time implementation which include taking customer requirement and discussing with R&D for solution aspects
•Knowledge of GSM Architecture and IN Nodes and PACO Nodes(PCRF & PCEF).
•Analyze problems and identify suitable solutions once CNS/Tier-1 provide collected data for various problem they face with charging system servers
